All applications need to be postmarked by September 12th, 2025.. Applications received postmarked after September 12th 2025 will not be reviewed, but applicants are encouraged to resubmit applications for the next grant cycle.

This next grant application is open from August 1st, 2025 through September 12th, 2025. Applicants will be notified via email regardless of whether they received the grant.

The grant provides financial support for one round of in vitro fertilization with preimplantation genetic testing of embryos:
Medications associated with one egg retrieval
One embryo egg retrieval
Medications associated with one embryo transfer
One embryo transfer
PGT-M and PGT-A genetic testing of embryos

Yes, but the Guzi’s Hunt for the Cure Foundation does not cover costs associated with fertility issues or other health problems. See the question above about what the grant covers.

There is no fee to complete the application. However, selected applicants will be required to submit and pay for a background check.

No, applicants do not need to know their status nor complete testing. Applicants are required to provide proof of HD status in their immediate family (doctor’s note, lab test result, etc.)

Yes, applicants selected for the grant are required to meet with a financial coordinator at their selected fertility clinic. The goal is to ensure there is complete understanding about what the grant covers and what applicants will be expected to cover.

Yes, only residents of Wisconsin may apply at this time.

Yes, only couples/partners of Wisconsin may apply at this time. The Guzi’s Hunt for the Cure Foundation does not cover the cost of egg/sperm donors or surrogates.
